Does Homeowner Insurance Cover Water Leaks?

I know this has nothing at all to do with teaching my class, but I just wanted to mention something that you may find very interesting.  Have you ever had a water leak in your house?  Many people who have water leaks end up with water damage.  You can damage drywall, kitchen cabinets, flooring, paint, and can even cause mold. This is a very interesting website that I found and the owner of it happens to be someone I know.

Yes this company specializes in helping people fight insurance claims that would otherwise be denied.  Alan Himmel is a public adjuster in Broward County.

The answer to the question does homeowner insurance cover water leaks, maybe.   Incase you don't know, public adjusters are very good at getting insurance companies to pay for denied and underpaid and complicated insurance claims for property damage.  An example of a complicated claim in Broward County would be a claim with water damage where you don't know what caused it.  You need a Broward County Public adjuster to handle that because if you don't know what the cause was, the insurance company will most likely deny your claim.
