Ratio Tables

Shortcut

To solve a ratio table without scaling:

1.  Make a proportion out of the three numbers that you have.  Make the blank spot have a variable (x)

2.  Multiply the two numbers that are diagonal to each other.

3.  Divide the answer by the number you didn't use.  This number is diagonal to the missing variable.

ex.     

 HW for Wednesday

HW  period 6-  page 216-218 (  1-12 all) and (19-27)

HW  period 3/4  Workbook page 63/64

HW period 1  Do Monday's HW

Password:  student number

  Leave the school site on Oddessy.

Click on Mathematics.

Review anything that you know you are having trouble with.
